The mission of Merryall Manse is to undertake the stewardship of the Merryall Manse, consisting of approximately sixty-four (64) acres located in Wyalusing Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, upon which are located a house, a barn, and other outbuildings, maintaining it as a gathering place for its community of family and friends in a way that fosters relationship to the past, the mutual sharing of present lives, and contributions to the heritage for which it is the sanctuary.

Aims as Board Member:

  • Develop community science focused Long Term Ecological Monitoring System for the property

  • Research the indigenous history & traditional stewards of the land on which the property resides

  • Develop relationship with local historical societies as the historical documents of the Manse are scanned & archived

  • Continue conscious & intentional stewardship of the property & community relationship therein
